Skräddar Djurberga fäbod, an excursion in the forests around Orsa

Skräddar Djurberg is a very well-preserved Sommeralm with a house from the 1920s, but also with very original, old buildings from the 16th century. In the summer there are cows, goats and other animals. Visitors welcome.
Skräddar-Djurberg is about 20 km (about 40 minutes by car) north east of Orsa, just a few kilometers north of Skattungbyn. Drive the route 296 towards Voxna and follow the signs in Mässbacken.
You can also combine this excursion with a trip to the
Storstupet and Helvetesfallet waterfall, or even walking a
